By accessing or using the TopBlast.Bid web application, interacting with its deployed smart contracts, or connecting an external Web3 wallet, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Use of Smart Contract Infrastructure
TopBlast.Bid operates on Robinhood Chain. All transactions are settled immutably and transparently by native smart contract logic.
2. Self-Custody & Key Security
TopBlast.Bid is non-custodial. We never request, store, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet credentials and validating transaction signatures before confirming them.
3. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to list items representing illegal material, copyrighted intellectual property without authorization, malware, phishing sites, or fraudulent impersonation.
4. Limitation of Liability
TopBlast.Bid and its contributors are not liable for any losses resulting from smart contract exploits, market volatility, wallet misconfigurations, or network downtime.
